Petitioner seeks modification with respect to the condition imposed upon him while he was enlarged on bail.

Bail order is dated 28.03.2025 and he submits that while granting him bail, the learned Trial Court had, inter alia, directed him not to leave the country without permission of the Court and to surrender his passport. He submits that the passport has already been surrendered but in past whenever any application was moved seeking permission to go abroad, these applications took lot of time in disposal. He has made reference to the three such applications which he had moved earlier on 31.10.2025, 23.12.2025 and 23.02.2026.

is not relaxed or modified, he would be left with no grievance if the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of any such future application in a time-bound manner. He submits that on account of delay, either the purpose of visit gets frustrated or there is difficulty in obtaining Visa. 4.

Keeping in mind the overall facts of the case and, as prayed above, the petition is disposed of as not pressed with the direction to learned Trial Court that as and when any such application is filed, reply be sought quickly and endeavour be made to dispose of the application within ten working days of its filing.

The petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 6.

A copy of this order be sent to learned Trial Court for information and compliance.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
