1. It is not in dispute that in Company Petition No.7/2014 filed by the Respondent against the Petitioner in the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, the Petitioner has preferred an application under Section 8 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 ('Act') seeking reference of the disputes between the parties to arbitration.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court does not consider it necessary to entertain the present petition under Section 11 (6) of the Act. The respective contentions of the parties are left open to be urged in the aforesaid application before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.
