% 01.04.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions thereby directing the respondent no. 2 to enhance the re-employment age of teachers to 70 years.

For the said relief, the petitioner made a representation dated 01.03.2019, however, till date, there is no response received from the respondent.

Since the petitioner has recently filed the representation dated 01.03.2019, therefore, the present petition is at the stage of pre-mature. However, respondent no 2 is directed to take decision on the representation made by the petitioner dated 01.03.2019 keeping in view the communication dated 31.12.2008 sent by the Secretary, University Grants Commission,

Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Department of Higher Education, New Delhi, within 4 weeks from the receipt of this order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Forum. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
