CM APPL.10412/2020 (Exemption) Exemption granted subject to all just exceptions. The application is disposed of accordingly.
W.P.(C) 3002/2020 & CM APPL.10411/2020 (Directions) Mr. Shadan Farasat, learned counsel appearing on behalf of GNCTD, on advance notice states that, in terms of directions issued by this Court today in W.P.(C) 2161/2017 titled as 'Delhi Rozi-Roti Adhikar Abhiyan vs. Union of India & Ors.', the benefit of the directions issued therein shall W.P.(C) 3002/2020
also be extended without fail to the individuals mentioned in Annexure-11 from Page Nos.61 to 69 of the present writ petition. Mr. Shadan Farasat learned counsel appearing on behalf of GNCTD has, in addition, provided Mr. Shiv Bhatt, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, with the Helpline Numbers, such as 1301, 1077 and 1967 that will address any concern, that the persons referred to hereinabove may have, with regard to receipt of relief material, including rations. Directed accordingly.
In view of the forgoing, Mr. Bhatt, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press for any other reliefs, prayed for in the present petition, at this stage.
With the above directions, the petition is disposed of accordingly. The pending application also stands disposed of. A copy of this order be provided to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties electronically. A copy of this order be uploaded on the website of this Court forthwith.
