The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the impugned order dated 29.12.2025 has been passed without awarding an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

If that be so, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Central Information Commissioner (CIC) and to point out the aforesaid aspect. 3.

If the petitioner does so, let the petitioner's grievance be dealt with in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of.
