The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged illegal and unauthorized construction atproperty bearing House No.31, Village Joga Bai, Extension R-2, Near Qadari Masjid, Okhla, New Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1/MCD submits that requisite demolition action in respect of the said unauthorized construction has already been taken. He further submits that if any further action remains to be taken, the same shall be taken by the MCD expeditiously, and to its logical end.

Taking on record the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel for the respondent no.1/MCD, and binding the respondent/ MCD thereto, the present petition is disposed of.
