The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/ non- compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 09.01.2026 passed in W.P.(C) 276/2026.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the statutory appeal dated 17.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner [with regard to which directions were issued on 09.01.2026 in W.P.(C) 276/2026] shall be duly considered and a reasoned order shall be passed disposing of the same. 3.

Let the same be done within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

Let all the contentions raised by the petitioner in statutory appeal dated 17.02.2025 be specifically dealt with.
