The petition is for the following reliefs:
"i) issue any appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) to forthwith provide Super Specialty Treatment (SST) to Petitioner No.1 Satya Vati, suffering from Breast Cancer;
ii) issue any appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to ensure uninterrupted, continuous and complete medical treatment of Petitioner No.1 Satya Vati, till full recovery, in accordance with medical advice;
iii) issue any appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the Respondents in denying SST treatment to Petitioner No.1 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India read with the provisions of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948;
iv) issue any appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to strictly comply with their statutory obligations under the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, and their own policy/circulars The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. relating to provision of Super Specialty Treatment; v) pass any other order or direction or such further orders as may be deemed just and appropriate, in the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, in favour of the petitioner; and vi) allow the present writ petition with costs, in favour of the petitioner." 2.
Learned counsel on instructions submits that there is no impediment in extending the necessary benefits, subject to due verification. Let the respondent to undertake the verification and then to extend all amicable benefits to the petitioners.

In the meantime, on account of pending verification, there should not be any impediment in providing necessary treatment to the petitioner no. 1. 4.
Let the petitioner to approach the respondent by 30.04.2026. 5.
With these observations, the instant petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
