Present public interest petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent/GNCTD to install, upgrade and/or provide seamless internet connectivity including Wi-Fi access in all Courts across Delhi in a time bound manner for the benefit of the public at large. prays for a direction to the Respondent-GNCTD to ensure regular maintenance of internet connectivity including Wi-Fi access in all Courts across Delhi.

A perusal of the paper-book reveals that the present petition has been filed without issuing any prior notice to the Respondent. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the present writ petition be treated as a notice to the Respondent with a direction to the Respondent to decide the same by way of a speaking order. 4.

Consequently, the present writ petition is directed to be treated as a representation to Respondent, who in turn, is directed to decide the same in accordance with law by way of a reasoned order within eight weeks. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
