The parties have arrived at a settlement under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [in short "Centre"]. 1.1 The Settlement Agreement dated 21.12.2023 [SA] drawn up between the parties is available on the Court record. 2.

While the appellant is physically present in Court, the respondent has joined the proceedings through video conferencing. The respondent is identified by his Advocate, Ms. Jyoti Thakur. 3.

We are informed by the appellant as well as her counsel that Rs.3,00,000/-, as agreed by the respondent, has been paid to her.
