O R D E R

% 25.02.2016 By this petition filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of Cr. P.C., the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered vide FIR No.1322/2015 under Section 498A/406/34 of IPC, at Police Station Tilak Nagar, Delhi.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State further informs that recovery of some of the articles are affected. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as by the respondent No. 2, who is present in court that the parties have entered into the settlement.

In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when required and in the event of arrest, the petitioner - Amit Madaiya be released on bail subject to furnishing his personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Additionally, petitioner is directed not to tamper with the evidence and shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned court.

With aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
