By virtue of the present petition under Sections 438/442 read with 582 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks setting aside of the impugned order dated 09.02.2026 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, East District, Karkardooma, New Delhi in MT Petition No.183/2025 entitled "Shazeen vs. Amjab Khan". 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw present petition with liberty to file an amended petition challenging the order dated 21.11.2025 by virtue whereof the quantum of ad-interim maintenance was fixed by the learned Family Court. 3.

As such, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
