The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application.

Leave is granted and the application is dismissed as withdrawn. BAIL APPLN.804/2020 1.
This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking regular bail to the petitioner in FIR NO: 339/2016 registered under Sections 392/397/411/120B IPC & U/s 25 of Arms Act P.S: DARYAGANJ. 2.
Learned APP for the state submits that the petitioner's regular bail application is pending before the concerned Sessions Court and the same
ought to have been disposed before filing this application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid bail application was lastly listed before the Sessions Court on 25.03.2020 and thereafter, as per instructions, the said application has not been listed.

Since the regular bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner is still pending before the Sessions Court, it is appropriate and desirable that the said bail application is disposed of by the concerned Sessions Court at an early date.

In view of the above, it is directed that the aforesaid bail application seeking regular bail is taken up for hearing by the concerned Sessions Court on 13.05.2020.

Learned APP for the State submits that the concerned IO shall be informed of the next date of hearing and he shall be available before the Trial Court on the said date.

With the above directions, the present bail application is disposed of. 7.
A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Sessions Court electronically forthwith.
