The present applications have been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail on the ground that the petitioner is suffering from pain in his left leg and prays for permission to have it operated upon from a private hospital.

On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to file documents as to the hospital from where the petitioner wants to get his surgery done.

Learned APP for the State submits that the document of Satyawati Raja Harish Chandra (SRH) Hospital, Narela was received through email by petitioner's counsel. She further submits that on verification, the said prescription dated 11.05.2020 bearing OPD registration No.145877 in the name of the petitioner issued by one Dr. Manish Kumar, Consultant
(Medicine) was found to be fake. It is stated that no such person in the name of Dr. Manish Kumar, Consultant (Medicine) exists in the said hospital. As per the Status Report, the aforesaid prescription procured by the petitioner from the said hospital is a forged and fabricated one and has been obtained only for the purpose of obtaining bail from the Court. 4.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw these applications.

Leave is granted and the applications are dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
In the meantime, the Jail Authorities shall provide necessary medical care and treatment to the petitioner, if so required. 7.
A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information.
