This is a joint bail application, filed by three petitioners/applicants, who are brothers, seeking two months interim bail for any one of them.

On learned counsel for the applicants being apprised that such an application would not be maintainable, and that it would be for the applicants to choose as to who, amongst them, desires to apply for bail, rather than leave the choice to the Court, he seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh Bail

Application for a particular applicant.

Granting leave and liberty as aforesaid, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
