W.P.(C) 3210/2019 & C.M. No. 14736/2019 The petitioner UOI assails the order dated 17.11.2017 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (the Tribunal) in O.A. No. 3795/2017. The Tribunal, while allowing the said Original Application has placed reliance in the matter of Dr. H.P. Singh v. Union of India in O.A. No. 3321/2016, decided on 25.08.2017. The order passed in the case of Dr. H.P. Singh (supra) was carried to this Court by the Union of India, W.P. (C.) No. 460/2018, which has been dismissed by the Division Bench on 15.11.2018.

We, accordingly, dismiss the present writ petition in terms of our order dated 15.11.2018 passed in W.P. (C.) No. 460/2018. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SANGHI, J REKHA PALLI, J APRIL 01, 2019 N.Khanna
