Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 24.04.2025 and as per Clause-1 of the said settlement agreement, the plaintiff is undertaking to simplicitor withdraw the suit.

It is stated that the application has been moved in terms of the said settlement and she, therefore, prays for the unconditional withdrawal of this suit.

Learned counsel for the defendant has no objection to the said request. 4.
