Petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing/setting aside of circular dated 21.03.2024 issued by the respondent.

Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice and has apprised that such earlier circular has already been modified and since a new circular dated 27.03.2024 has been issued on the subject in question, nothing survives in the matter.

Learned counsel for petitioner also admits the aforesaid development and, very fairly, submits that in view of the subsequent corrigendum circular W.P.(C) 4588/2024 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
