After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He, however, requests that directions be given to ensure that the material witnesses are examined as expeditiously as possible and, in a time bound manner.

The trial court is requested to ensure that the material witnesses are examined as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six months from 17.05.2020.
