CM APPL.41108/2025 (seeking disposal of writ petition in terms of conciliation agreement dated 30.05.2025) 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent nos.2 and 3 submit that a conciliation agreement dated 30.05.2025 has been entered into between the parties.

It is submitted by the parties, who appear virtually, that the said interse settlement agreement has been executed out of their own free will and volition, and that they have resolved their pending disputes in terms thereof. The parties also undertake to abide by the terms thereof. 3.

It is jointly requested that the petition be disposed of taking on record the aforesaid agreement.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the present petition is disposed of taking on record the settlement agreement dated 30.05.2025 and the undertaking of the parties thereto to abide by the terms thereof.
