HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAVIN CHAWLA

% 29.04.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the application of the petitioner seeking bail was finally heard and reserved for orders by the Trial Court on 19.03.2020 and the order thereon was to be pronounced on 24.03.2020, due to the suspension of the regular working of Courts due to COVID-19 pandemic, the said order has not been pronounced. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if this Court clarifies that the order be pronounced in the bail application that has been filed by the petitioner and heard by the Trial Court. In view of the submissions made, it is clarified that on the petitioner approaching the learned Trial Court, the learned Trial Court
would consider pronouncing the order on his bail application which has already been heard and which has been reserved, expeditiously. The petitioner shall also be free to move an application seeking bail on the grounds that have been urged in the present application. The application is disposed of with the above observations. The order shall be uploaded on the website and shall also be provided to the learned counsels on the e-mail address provided. NAVIN CHAWLA, J APRIL 29, 2020/Arya
