1. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the previous orders of this Court have been duly complied with and the petitioner will henceforth pay the bills as may be raised by the respondents. She further states that the petitioner is pursuing alternate relief(s) before the respondents.

2. In view of above the learned counsel for the petitioner states upon instructions that she would like to withdraw the writ petition.

3. The writ petition, along with pending application, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. All interims orders stand vacated.
