O R D E R

% 29.04.2020 The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. This W.P.(CRL.) is filed by the petitioner for her protection as also for protection of her husband namely Mr.Ronak S/o Sh.Daya Chand. The petitioner got married with Mr.Ronak S/o Sh.Daya Chand on 12.03.2020 at Delhi as per Hindu rites and customs. The petitioner and her husband are permanent residents of Village Hodal, District Palwal and of Faridabad, Haryana. It is stated their family members are bent upon to search them and to harm the petitioner and her husband, hence this petition for protection.

The learned APP for the State submits firstly, the petitioner and her husband are not the permanent residents of Delhi as she has come to Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi at the house of a relative of her husband, for her marriage and secondly, the details/address of the parents of W.P.(CRL.) 788/2020

the petitioner and her husband have also not been provided to the police officials.

Let the needful be done by the petitioner. In case they are residing in Delhi the petitioner shall supply her address to the Investigating Officer viz. SI Sandeep, PS Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi Mob. No.9999820840 and SI Sandeep is directed to provide police assistance to the petitioner and her husband in case they approach him. Further in case the petitioner and her husband are residing in jurisdiction of some other police station SI Sandeep shall inform the concerned SHO of this order so that the mobile number of the police officials of concerned police be given to the petitioner and her husband, so that they both can contact and seek assistance as and when required.

The petition stands disposed of in terms of above. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
