Ms. Manika Tripathy, learned counsel appearing for the respondentDelhi Development Authority ("DDA"), upon instructions from Senior Legal Officer (Housing), submits that possession of the subject flat has already handed over to the petitioner. It is submitted that DDA is in the process of executing the conveyance deed in favour of the petitioner. Thus, she submits that the needful shall be done within a period of two weeks. 2.

Recording the aforesaid statement and undertaking made on behalf of DDA and binding the DDA to the said statement, the present petition is disposed of.
