A Writ Petition under Article 226/227 Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of the FIR No.148/2017 under Section 323/376/506/377 IPC registered at Police Station Moti Nagar and Charges under Section 323/376 2(n)/506/377 IPC and its consequent proceedings.

Learned ASC for State submits that the Charges have already been framed and the Prosecution evidence is being recorded. 3.

By way of the present Writ Petition only the Order on Charge has been challenged, which is essentially on merits.
