1. Despite repeated opportunities, till date no reply has been filed by the respondents. In these circumstances, we dispose of the contempt petition by granting the respondents eight weeks' time to comply with the order dated 18.12.2019.

2. However as the learned counsel for the respondents submit that the respondents propose to assail the order dated 18.12.2019 before the Apex Court, this direction would remain subject to any direction as may be passed by the Apex Court in the respondents' challenge, if any, to this Court's decision dated 18.12.2019.
