Heard the learned Counsel representing the Parties. 2.
After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the Appellants states that the Appellants may be permitted to withdraw the present Appeal, however, the time granted by the learned Single Judge in his order dated 18.03.2026 for approaching the Appellate Authority may be extended. 3.
Accordingly, the Appeal along with the pending Applications stands dismissed as withdrawn.
