The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondent no.2 be directed to issue NOC to the petitioner in order to enable them to hold a peaceful rally at Ramlila Maidan on 2nd April, 2019. Mr Raja Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, the NOC has been received by the petitioner. 3.

In this view, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
