With the consent of parties, the matter is taken up today. 5.

The present petition has been filed seeking grant of parole to the petitioner for getting his daughter admitted in class X. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the result of two subjects in which compartment was awarded to petitioner's daughter has now been declared by the school which shows that the petitioner's daughter has not been able to pass class IX. daughter needs to be changed and for this purpose a prayer for parole is being made.

The factum of the result of the petitioner's daughter has been verified by the IO concerned.

In view of the above, the petitioner is granted parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, further subject to the following conditions:- a) Petitioner shall provide mobile number to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and he shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned.

b) Petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with the witnesses. 9.

Upon expiry of period of four weeks as stated above, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. 10.

The petition stands disposed of.

The date already fixed as 21.05.2024 stands cancelled. 12.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance.
