By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the Kalandra bearing number 1193/2023 DD No.21-A PS Sultanpuri, Delhi issued against him under Sections 107/151 Cr.PC dated 19.04.2023. 2.

At the very outset, learned ASC (Crl.) for the State submits that since the Kalandra proceedings have a life span of one year only, the same now stands closed.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 4.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
