Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0096/2024 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at PS: Prem Nagar, North West Delhi, on the ground that there is settlement between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that there is no settlement inter se the parties.
