Learned counsel for respondent submits that the respondent has brought the cost of Rs. 2,00,000/- which had been imposed upon him on 07.01.2021.

Learned counsel for petitioners accepts the above said cost on behalf of petitioners and submits that in view of the tender of the above said cost and the fact that the possession has already been received by the petitioners, petitioners are not interested in pursuing with the present contempt petitions. 3.

She also submits that as per the instructions, petitioner would also not press their complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Execution Petitions i.e. Ex.PET. No. 394/2018, Ex.PET No. 472/2018 and Ex. PET. No.415/2018 and the claim filed in insolvency petition i.e. Insolvency No. 02/2022 filed by petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioners also submits that with respect to the lease in question, to the best of her knowledge and information, no other litigation except those stated above, is pending. 5.

Be that as it may, in view of above, the Contempt Petitions stand disposed of as not pressed.
