1. Heard.

2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset she submits that there are some material inaccuracies in the application for bail as the cause of illness of the wife of the Petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as the pain in the kidney on the basis of the information given by his wife. However, as per the documents, the medical ailment described is that there are stones in the gall bladder and she has been advised to undergo a surgery for the removal of the gall bladder itself.

3. Under these circumstances, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and move a properapplication giving correct facts along-with the appropriate documents. It is further stated that the matter is urgent.

4. Learned Counsel for Respondent State assures that in case the medical documents are supplied along with the copy of the bail application,she will try to get the documents verified at the earliest.

5. In view of this, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a proper bail application alongwith relevant documents. TALWANT SINGH, J.
