I.A. 30215/2024 (Application u/S. 151 CPC r/w Sec. 5 Limitation Act filed by petitioner for condonation of delay in filing Rejoinder) Ld. counsel for Petitioner has stated that Rejoinder has already been taken on record by the Hon'ble Court and arguments in the main petition have been heard on last date of hearing i.e. 21.05.2024 and the petition has been reserved for orders by the Hon'ble Court, hence the present application has become infructuous.
