The present petition under Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble Court that under the facts and circumstances as mentioned herein above this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor under section 2(b) of Contempt of Court Act of 1971 and punish him for his deliberate and wilful denial of the admitted fact by disputing the Order Sheet dated 17.01.2020 of Ld. Addl. Dist. Judge of Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in the matter Ex/857/2019 in the interest of justice and to uphold the majesty of Law."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, who appears in person, submits that the matter has been settled with the respondent. 4.

The respondent is present in Court and confirms the aforesaid fact and submits that he shall abide by the undertaking in the MoU dated 09.07.2025. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
