HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C. HARI SHANKAR :

W.P.(C) No.3026/2020 1.

This writ petition has been preferred with the following prayers:- "(a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent to modify the Office Order dt. 15.04.2020 [Annexure P-1] issued in continuation to Order dt. 25.03.2020 [Annexure P-2] and make the same inapplicable to pending litigation at the stage of "Orders" or "Judgment" in the courts sub-ordinate to this Hon'ble Court.

and/or (b) Pass such other and further orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the W.P.(C) 3026/2020 Page 1 of 2

present case."

2.

Having heard the petitioner who appears in person and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that this Court has issued certain directions vide Office Order dated 15.04.2020 ('Annexure P-1') in continuation to its earlier order dated 25.03.2020 ('Annexure P-2'). 3.

The matters which have already been heard and the orders/ judgments are yet to be passed by the Trial Courts, the learned Courts are always at liberty to deliver such orders/ judgments. There is no reason with the Trial Courts not to pass the orders/ judgments in the cases in which both the parties have already been heard by the learned Trial Courts. 4.

With the aforesaid clarification, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
