This application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on behalf of the plaintiff and the defendant no.1 for recording of compromise.

The application bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the defendant no.1 and their respective counsel and is supported by affidavits of the aforesaid parties.

The terms of the settlement are recorded in paragraphs 5 and 6 of the application.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.
