The present suit has been filed by the plaintiff seeking partition of the estate of her father late Shri Paramjit Singh Grover. Defendant no.1, defendant no.2 are the brother and sister of the plaintiff respectively. 2.
Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that in this suit the plaintiff inter-alia sought partition of property bearing No.M-31, Greater Kailash Part - I, New Delhi - 110048 ('suit property').

He states that during the pendency of this proceedings, the suit property has been sold by the parties jointly and the plaintiff herein has also participated in the execution of the sale deed as a vendor. 4.
He states that the plaintiff has received her proportionate share in the sale proceeds and is satisfied with respect to the sale of the suit property. 5.

the plaintiff in the present suit stands satisfied and she, therefore, seeks to unconditionally withdraw the present suit as against defendants nos.1 and 2. 6.
He states that the plaintiff has no surviving claim against the defendants nos.1 and 2 with respect to the estate of her father. 7.
Mr. Ravi Chawla, Advocate (E. No. D-733/1989) states that he is duly authorized by the Plaintiff, who make the statement. He states that the plaintiff is an over seize residence and is unavailable to sign the order sheet. He states he can however remain present to affix the signatures as the authorized pleader of the plaintiff. Accordingly, Mr. Ravi Chawla, Advocate is directed to affix his signatures to this order. 8.
In view of the above, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 9.
All pending applications stand dismissed. Interim order stands vacated.
