% 06.05.2020 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to unconditionally withdraw the present petition as the matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent No.1. Learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No.1 does not deny that settlement has taken place. He, however, submits that in terms of the settlement petitioner has to unconditionally withdraw the present writ petition.

Learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No.2/RBI submits that pursuant to the last order of this court affidavit has been filed by

respondent No.1.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
