This is a petition seeking enforcement of the Award dated 25.03.2016. 2.

My attention has been drawn to an order dated 20.07.2016 in MISC. ARB. 24/2016 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Kamrup Metro, Guwahati wherein the Award has been stayed. 3.

It is stated by Mr Dutta, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor that the stay is continuing till date.

Since the Award has been stayed, the execution petition at this stage is not maintainable.

For the said reasons, the execution petition is disposed of granting liberty to the decree-holder to revive the same once the Section 34 petition is disposed of or the stay order is varied/modified by the concerned Court.
