Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of the victim has been recorded on 04.09.2025 and in such statement she has not supported the prosecution's case. However, learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the complainant submits that victim has substantially supported the prosecution's case.

After part submissions, Mr. Sumit Karla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application. 3.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and application is dismissed as withdrawn.
