% 08.04.2019 The request received from the District & Sessions Judge (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi dated 25.03.2019 for transfer of case FIR No. 106/2018 under Section 21 of NDPS Act titled as "State Vs. Vinod" from North District, Rohini Courts, to North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, has been listed as Transfer Petition (Crl.) No. 20/2019. Heard.

It is argued that in the North District, Rohini, there is only one designated Special Court pertaining to NDPS Act. Since, there is no other Special Court pertaining to NDPS Act in the North District, Rohini and the Presiding Officer dealing with the case of the respondent has sought recusal, the District & Sessions Judge, North, Rohini, is directed to transfer the case FIR No. 106/2018 under Section 21 of NDPS Act to District & Sessions Judge, North-West, Rohini, Delhi, who shall assign the case under transfer to any special designated Court of NDPS Act for adjudication.

Petition stands disposed of.
