In view of the reasons stated in the present application, I hereby modify order dated 06.05.2020 passed by this Court whereby the applicant was directed to be released on bail. Accordingly, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- before the Jail Superintendent concerned.
