% 12.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi vide Settlement/Agreement dated 27th August, 2014 (Annexure P/3) at page no.42. It is further submitted that entire settled amount of `5 lacs has already been paid, inasmuch as, FIR No. 101/11 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC of police station Jahangir Puri has already been quashed in terms of the Clause 3(iii) of the Settlement. Marriage between the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2 has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent dated 9th October, 2015 passed by Principal Judge, North District, Family Court, Rohin, Delhi.

Respondent no.2, who is present in Court with her counsel, has been identified by SI Arjun Singh of police station Khajuri Khas. She admits having settled the matter and receipt of entire settled amount. She also admits that her marriage has been dissolved with petitioner no.1. It is submitted that respondent no.2 has re-married. Vide Clause 3(iii) of the Settlement, respondent no.2 has agreed for quashing of the present FIR No. 202/14 under Sections 313/323/506/34 IPC of police station Khajuri Khas. Accordingly, in view of the settlement arrived at before the Mediation Centre (Annexure P/3), terms whereof has already been complied with, in the interest of justice, present FIR No.

202/14 under Sections 313/323/506/34 IPC registered at police station Khajuri Khas and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
