The present application is filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 172/2019 dated 30.05.2019, registered at Police Station Jyoti Nagar, for offences under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The bail application filed by co-accused, namely, Avnish, was dismissed by tis Court vide order dated 04.01.2024. It was noted that the evidence was likely to get over in a period of four to six months from the said date. Considering the said fact, this Court did not consider it apposite to entertain the bail application at that stage.

apposite to entertain the present bail application at this stage. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to approach the Court by filing a fresh application in case the evidence is not concluded expeditiously.
