Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been arrested and the petitioner will move a regular bail application before the competent court. 2.
In view of the above submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application, with liberty to move a regular bail application before the competent court.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
