O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed for directing respondent nos. 1 and 2 to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction over the property bearing no. B-7, C-58, Shardapuri, Ramesh Nagar, Delhi-110015, which has been raised by respondent no.3.

This Court notes that a civil dispute is already pending between the petitioner and respondent no.3, as a suit for possession, declaration and permanent injunction has been filed by the petitioner against respondent The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. no.3, in respect of the property in question, bearing, suit no. CS/DJ/690/2023, which is pending in Tis Hazari Courts and is listed on 16th May, 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that requisite action has already been commenced by the MCD, and part action has been taken. He submits th that further action is planned for 04 April, 2025.

Noting the aforesaid, that the requisite action has already been taken by the respondent no.1 MCD, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. 5.

The dispute between the parties, with respect to seeking possession of the premises in question, is already subject matter of a suit initiated by the petitioner.

Further, the petitioner herein has already been granted liberty by this Court vide order dated 18th October, 2024, in W.P.(C) 14567/2024 to approach the Special Task Force ("STF"), constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 24th April, 2018 and 18th July, 2018, in W.P.(C) 4677/1985.

Thus, it is directed that the STF shall regularly update its website, to show the action taken against the unauthorized construction. 8.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of.
