O R D E R

The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.08.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 11205/2024. The said order reads as under:- "1. After some arguments, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with directions to the respondents to dispose of the representations dated 05.06.2019, 17.02.2021, 25.02.2021, 25.06.2021, 03.08.2021 and 14.09.2021 made by the petitioners before the respondents.

2. Heard.

Perusal of the present writ petition reveals that from the petition it cannot be established that whether petitioners are recognized body/union of the railways and if they so, respondents are directed to decide the above representations within four weeks from the receipt of this order without getting influenced by the order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1 077/2024.

4. In view of the above, the present petition as well as pending applications stand dismissed as withdrawn."

Admittedly, the petitioner is not a recognized union and as such, it is the stand of the respondents that the representation of the petitioner is not required to be decided.

Considering the tenor of the order dated 13.08.2024, it cannot be said that there has been any wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents. 4.

As such, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies for ventilating its grievances and for seeking its representation to be duly decided.
