Mr. Roshan Lal Goel, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2/ MCD submits that the properties bearing House No. C-175 and C-176, Sector-15 JJ Colony, Dwarka ('subject properties') have been booked by the respondent no.2/ MCD for unauthorized construction. 3.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/ DDA submits that DDA has wrongly been impleaded in the present writ petition as DDA has no role to play in the present petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition along with pending application, is disposed of, while directing respondent no.2/ MCD to take appropriate action in an expeditious manner, in accordance with law. 5.
In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of owner/ occupier are kept open.
