The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that in compliance with the orders passed on 01.04.2019, necessary action has been taken and the building housing the Dharam Kanta has been sealed. 2.

In view of the above, the principal grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is addressed and no further orders are required to be passed except to direct respondent nos. 1 to 4 to ensure that necessary action is taken in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. The pending application is also disposed of.
